Foreign Services, Inc. is a private independent company incorporated in Massachusetts, USA. This App is not affiliated with nor endorsed by USCIS, the Department of State, the United States Foreign Service, or any agency of the United States government.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects and stores the following information locally on your device:

  • An activation code you enter to unlock the App
  • A session counter to track usage
  • Your practice session progress

This information is stored only on your device using secure local storage and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Information Transmitted to Third Parties

The App uses the following third-party services that may receive data:

  • OpenAI API — When you use the AI Interview Simulator, your voice responses are transcribed and processed by OpenAI. OpenAI's privacy policy applies: openai.com/privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

3. Voice and Audio Data

The AI Interview Simulator records your voice responses for the purpose of transcription and evaluation. Audio data is sent to OpenAI for processing and is not stored by Foreign Services, Inc. We do not retain any audio recordings.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. All data transmitted to third-party services uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Local data is stored securely on your device.

5. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

This App is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at and should NOT be used by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under 18, please do not use this App.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
